Wir waren 2 Familien, welche sich dieses wundervolle Haus geteilt haben. Das Haus, die Lage, der Pool und dieser wundervolle Blick waren einmalig. Wir wurden fast täglich von George und seiner Frau überrascht. Beide sind Co Gastgeber und waren unbeschreiblich freundlich! Wir hatten nur 2 Fragen und diese wurden nicht einfach nur beantwortet, sondern es wurde direkt geholfen! Keine 10 Minuten und es war direkt Jemand da! Es gab Kuchen, Wein, Abendessen - immer mal wieder etwas von der Frau! Wir haben uns so zuhause gefühlt und werden garantiert wiederkommen! Auch Freunde und Familie waren von den Bildern begeistert und werde die Unterkunft buchen! Der Ort an sich hat nicht viel zu bieten und man benötigt definitiv ein eigenes Auto um die Insel zu erkunden. Das haben wir so auch getan und man kommt innerhalb einer Stunde an die tollsten Orte der Insel! Tipps gibt der Gastgeber jeder Zeit gerne! Top Empfehlung! niemals zuvor so ein klasse Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis gehabt

Très belle maison qui fait partie d’un groupe de deux villas.. Très récente, très fonctionnelle et très bien équipée Tout à fait en phase avec le descriptif. Accueil très sympa , efficace. et bienveillants de Manolis , Georges et Artemis Vue magnifique, magnifique, bel emplacement au-dessus de Kissamos

Wir haben einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in dem Haus gehabt. Das Haus hat eine traumhafte Lage über einem großen Feld von Olivenbäumen und man hat einen tollen Blick auf die umliegenden Berge und das Meer. Die Unterkunft wurde während unseres Aufenthalts gereinigt und wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Von der Unterkunft aus kann man mehrere Ausflugsziele mit dem Mietwagen (Balos, Elafonisi, Chania, Falassarna) erreichen. Die Unterkunft war sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und waren stets für Fragen erreichbar. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Diese Unterkunft ist ein Traum. Das Haus und der Outdoorbereich sind atemberaubend. Die Gastgeber sind äusserst liebenswertig. Wir hatte sogar einen Korb mit frischen Früchten bei der Ankunft und Artemis hatte uns einen Kuchen gebacken. Es war ein Traum.

George's villa is truly magnificent, we got more than what we paid for. A magnificent sunrise and sunset view and a wonderful sea view while cooling off in the pool. The house was very clean when we got it. George is a very generous person. We were very happy with the olive oil, wine and raki he produced and thanks again to his wife who made us a cake 😉 We used the pool and barbecue without any problems. It was an unforgettable holiday especially for my children Thank you very much for everything...

Best views in crete! The house looks much better in real life!! House is clean, spacious, and beautifully designed. George is a thoughtful, and awesome host! In the winter months the pool can get a little cold (also due to winds) but otherwise a perfect house!!!!!!

Enjoy a range of luxurious amenities, including daily housekeeping, private parking, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning in all areas, and flat-screen TV. Our villa also features an outdoor barbecue area for unique culinary experiences under the stars.

Our stay at villa Kyriaki was very unique and with an individual touch due to George and his family. The Villa has an antique style inside and a fantastic and beautiful outside area. It is located in the countryside allowing for hikes in the Mountains and day trips to the beaches. We’d highly recommend it as a place to stay!

What an incredible location with so many beautiful colours. The property is really very beautiful and the garden and pool space is amazing . The building is also very beautiful and the view from the balcony is the best especially in the morning when we was taking our breakfast! We came late at the night and George was waiting us with a smile you don't see it very often. The place was magic, we didn't want to leave from this paradise. We went for business proposes and we was needed good WiFi and was excellent . Thanks for everything, we will be back in the summer for sure!

Villa has everything we was needed and the location is really beautiful and you have good views and very nice privacy. Everything was clean and well made . The view from the balcony is very beautiful, you see the sea , the pool and the mountains around you . Also we had good sleep and that was for us the best amenitie. Property is very big and you have very big space for you . We will be back for sure. Thanks for everything

Η τοποθεσία είναι πραγματικά πολύ ιδιωτική χάρης την μεγάλη έκταση του οικοπέδου . Θέλαμε μια εξόρμηση σε ένα μέρος που βλέπει την θάλασσα αλλά να είναι και απομακρυσμένα από την θάλασσα για να υπάρχει ησυχία όπως είναι αυτή που βρίσκεις σε μέρη που είναι κοντά στα βουνά . Το καλύτερο σημείο που μας άρεσε ήταν το μπαλκόνι από την κρεβατοκάμαρα . Είναι πραγματικά υπέροχο όταν ξυπνάς και βγαίνεις κατευθείαν έξω στο μπαλκόνι να αντικρίζεις θέα που δεν βρίσκεις εύκολα . Η ενέργεια που πήραμε ήταν ότι πρέπει για συνεχίσουμε την υπόλοιπη εξερεύνηση καταλυμάτων στην Κρήτη και να συγκρίνουμε και ακόμα να πάρουμε και ιδέες . Υ.Γ. Τελικά η πισίνα είναι απαραίτητη σε κάθε κατάλυμα . Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για όλα !!

Property is really beautiful and in excellent location, we enjoyed the views and the privacy without hear Noone. We slept very well in the beds that George told us made them by himself, we also did a very big use of the wifi and the signal was very Stong. We want also to thanks mother of George, Kyriaki, for all she did for us. We understand that she love the place and she like it to be always everything correct and Clean. Great house with excellent vibes up in the hills of Koukounaria and a fabulous view on the surroundings. We have very much enjoyed the little tavern café rotonta in the next village as well as the walking paths. Kissamos has some great places to eat along the waterside between the beach and the harbour. The house is an excellent basecamp to tour around and explore the area. Mother of George is just adorable and brings over food from time to time which made us feel totally welcome. One of our best Airnbn experiences. The place and hospitality were absolutely above expectations.

This is an amazing place with wonderful Greek hospitality from the host! George and George’s legendary mum made our stay exceptional with their kindness and brought us some great home cooked food and treats many times during our stay. The house was very clean as was the sparkling swimming pool. We had a midweek clean also which was very nice. Location is very peaceful and there are amazing and highly rated tavernas all within a short drive. The views were also excellent of the mountains and the sea. I’d recommend a stay at this house if you’re looking for a relaxing stay with amazing hospitality.

Definitely you need a car but it is possible to walk to a couple of tavernas (10mins, 30mins). if you enjoy peaceful countryside, and appreciate well loved gardens then you will love this house. the hosts are extremely kind and generous.

Besser geht's nicht. Gepflegte Anlage und super gastfreundlich. Man braucht zwar einen Mietwagen, aber sonst wurden wir super umsorgt! Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub in der Villa Kyriaki. Unsere Gastgeber George und Kyriaki waren super nett und zuvorkommend. Von den vielen lieben und leckeren Geschenken ganz zu schweigen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Auch die Ausstattung des Hauses ließ nichts zu wünschen übrig. Man merkt, dass im Garten viel Arbeit und Herz von Kyriaki steckt. Das Haus war sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Der Pool war auch super sauber und auch für Kinder geeignet, mit zwei verschiedenen Tiefen. Wir haben die Entfernung zb nach Kissamos (ca. 20 min mit dem Auto) bewusst gewählt, dafür hat man seine Ruhe und authentische Tavernen in der Nähe. Bis zum Flughafen Chania dauert es ca. eine Stunde. Kurz gesagt - wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Villa Kyriaki er et fantastisk sted å feriere. Det er stille og rolig og hagen og bassenget var nydelig med en fantastisk utsikt. Vi følte oss godt tatt i mot ved ankomst og gjennom hele oppholdet ble vi tatt godt vare på ved at vi kunne kontakte George, og fikk svært hurtig svar. Vertskapet var veldig hyggelig og imøtekommende. Huset og stedet holder høy standard med alt man trenger til en fin ferie inkludert gode senger. Man trenger bil for å bo i Villa Kyriaki, men bil gir og muligheter for utflukter, og vi har nesten daglig sett andre steder og hatt fine opplevelser. Vi har brukt Airbnb i mange år til våre ferier, og dette stedet kan vi trygt anbefale. Takk for oss.

My family could not have been happier staying here. The place feels like a private resort; everything is so beautiful and perfectly manicured. My family was very comfortable: the beds and furniture are great and the AC works amazingly in the bedrooms. We really loved the outside furniture and hammock too. Our hosts were some of the most generous and caring hosts we’ve every had. George and his family cared for us like family, and his mother was especially wonderful to our daughter. We are so grateful. We can’t recommend this listing enough. Our goal is to come back as soon as possible.

George was outstanding! Responsive, proactive and always eager to help. Felt like having a relative helping you out that also happened to be a local. Even when our rental car wouldn't start, and being so far away from the rental car company, George had someone out there within the hour giving us the kick start we needed. Saved us a ton of time and effort. George is the kind of person you want as a superhost. He covers all the bases with respect to honesty, professionalism, customer service and just a helpful and nice guy. We were lucky to have him and would definitely use him and his services in the future. Highly recommended!

A secluded spot, quiet and very picturesque. Accommodation was homely and had everything one might need. Comfy bed and plenty of hot water for bath or shower. House, garden and swimming pool were immaculate. Owners hospitality made us feel we were long standing family friends. Definitely recommend.

George’s property is perfect. The location is excellent about 15mins from the coast, quiet, peaceful and stunning views down to the sea. The house itself is very clean and has everything you could need. Beds are comfortable and the AC works very well. We didn’t need to use it downstairs as the house seems to naturally stay cool. We loved the pool which is a good size and very clean. The house is surrounded by a private garden with beautiful flowers and is very well looked after. We would definitely return here if staying in the area again. Any queries were answered quickly and a minor issue fixed straight away. Nearby is the Ancient town of Polyrrinia which is well worth a visit. Pop into the little town first and then walk up to the site. We also recommend the little beaches before you start on the road to Balos, great for snorkelling.

I can only echo the comments of others - we had a wonderful two week stay in Villa Kyriaki. George, Kyriaki and Manolis were incredibly welcoming and helpful and we very much enjoyed the lovely gifts that Kyriaki brought us every few days. The villa is peaceful, clean and has tremendous views over the local hills and out to the coast. We would very happily return.

We stayed at Villa Kyriaki for two weeks with a family of 4 and it truly exceeded all our expectations. The place is perfect if you are looking for a peaceful, quiet place in the hills of the green part Crete. The 360 degree view from a cliff, the pool, the beautifully maintained garden and the hospitality (food, treats and service) from the owners is absolutely on another level. The house is perfectly situated 15 minutes away from restaurants, shops and supermarkets on the coast, with higher mountains in the backdrop. The roads are winding and traffic calm, perfect for exploring with a rental car. We will come back again if we can. Thank you madame Kyriaki and George for making our summer holiday so memorable.

This has to be one of the best airbnbs we’ve ever done. The villa is beautiful, well organised, and well taken care of. The swimming pool is good with a beautiful view on the sea. The kitchen is well equipped. We were greeted with George’s mom who was very kind to leave us olive oil, fruits from the farm, and homemaker sweets and cookies, just the kind of unexpected little things that make the stay extra special. His mother also made a cake for us and the kids which they loved, and she also made us home made bougatsa a delicious Cretan delicacy. George and his mom went over and beyond to make us feel at home and show us why Crete is so special, we did feel at home and those little attentions are priceless. The villa is about 20 min from the closest beach in Kissamos, it’s about 30min from Falassarma beach (a beautiful one), and about 1h from Elafonissi beach (very beautiful lagoon although crowded), and from Krios beach in the south, one of the best we have been to in Crete.

The villa was wonderful in beautiful surroundings. Very peaceful and relaxing and George and his family were beautiful people very kind and thoughtful. The villa being set in olive groves was stunning and it was great to go on walks around the area. we thoroughly relaxed and had a wonderful time. plenty of places to eat and we were gifted some very tasty meals from the family. We could not of asked for more,everything was just perfect.

Don’t hesitate to book this place for the perfect getaway!! The surroundings are beautiful, amazing sunrise and Kyriaki next door is such a lovely, welcoming lady. The local produce is fantastic - delicious fresh olive oil. The visits from the little dog and cats are also really cute. Nice refreshing pool too. Could not recommend this place enough!

I’d come back again and again. If you’re up for a drive through the windy country roads, this is a must stay. It is a gorgeous property, the view is unbelievable, and it had everything you could possibly need plus some. And the hosts went above and beyond. We even were baked a cake! I am already planning my return trip. As far as driving to beaches and things, it was pretty easy and quick. It’s about a 12-15min drive down through the backroads (all paved nicely) and then you’re in kissamos. We daytripped to Chania and Falassarna Beach and Balos with ease. If you don’t mind driving, this place is well worth it!

Gepflegtes Haus mit wunderschönem Garten und Pool. Viele Sitzmöbel und Liegen. Reizende Besitzerin, die uns mit köstlichen griechischen Gerichten versorgt hat. Das Haus wurde alle paar Tage geputzt, dabei gab es auch frische Handtücher und Bettwäsche.

Our property Villa Kyriaki in Kissamos is one of the best choices you can find in Kissamos area if you need quitness and noone next to you. Our land is 2000 m2 and the house is 114 square metres with outside private swimming pool 32 square meters. To have Sea View and Mountain view is something unique and because of that we invite you to come for your best holidays in Crete. Inside and Outisde all the furnitures is high quality and also we have high speed wifi for working from distance.
